The Sinone automatic quartz slab polishing machine is designed for continuous surface finishing of engineered quartz and inorganic stone slabs. Its multi-head polishing system works with controlled slab conveying and water cooling to progressively refine the surface, helping achieve consistent smoothness, gloss, and finish quality.
Available in SYPO-2050/12 and SYPO-2050/16 models, the machine processes slabs from 1400–2100 mm wide and 10–50 mm thick. Polishing parameters can be adjusted for different slab types and finishing requirements through the intelligent control system.
The polishing machine integrates the main mechanical, polishing, conveying, cooling, and control components required for continuous slab finishing, including multi-head polishing system, conveyor system, water circulation system, machine frame, electrical control cabinet, and intelligent control system.
Slabs are continuously conveyed through the machine and processed sequentially by multiple polishing heads. Each polishing stage progressively refines the slab surface from initial grinding to the required final finish.
Water cooling and debris removal operate throughout the process to maintain stable polishing conditions and support abrasive tool life.

The automatic quartz slab polishing machine serves as the core finishing unit within Sinone's polishing system. Depending on the production requirements, the complete system can integrate slab calibration, cutting, conveying, flipping, polishing, and supporting handling equipment.
For complete quartz slab production lines, the polishing system can also be connected with upstream pressing, curing, cooling, and slab-handling equipment to create a coordinated production flow from slab forming to final surface finishing.
