The curing oven is a critical equipment for resin polymerization and strength development of quartz stone slabs. Using controlled heating and clamping technology, the oven ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the slab, minimizing deformation and internal stress. The system is designed for stable, long-term operation with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
The curing oven mainly consists of a steel frame structure, hydraulic lifting system, heating plates, thermal oil circulation system, hydraulic cylinders, temperature control system, and safety protection units.
After pressing, slabs are transferred into the curing oven and clamped between heating plates. Through hydraulic lifting and controlled thermal oil heating, slabs are cured under uniform temperature conditions. Once curing is completed, slabs are released and transferred to the cooling stage.
