The Sinone quartz slab vacuum vibration press machine is designed for the forming stage of engineered quartz slab production. It combines vacuum deaeration, high-frequency vibration, hydraulic control, and Sinone’s air-spring pressurization structure to compact distributed quartz material before curing.
Available in SYPR-1650 and SYPR-2050 models, the press supports working areas of 3250 × 1650 mm and 3650 × 2050 mm, with excitation force up to 1800 kN. Pressing parameters can be adjusted according to slab size, thickness, formulation, and production requirements.
The quartz slab vacuum vibration press machine integrates the main mechanical and control systems required for slab forming, including: press base plate, press frame, press head, guide columns, air spring pressurization system, vibration system, vacuum chamber, hydraulic system, and intelligent control system.
After material distribution, the filled slab mold enters the press chamber. Vacuum is applied to remove trapped air while vibration and controlled pressure compact the quartz mixture into a uniform slab form.
Vibration parameters and pressing time can be adjusted according to slab thickness, formulation, and production requirements. After pressing, the formed slab is transferred to the curing stage.
Material Distribution → Vacuum → Vibration & Pressing → Slab Discharge → Curing
