The calibrating machine is used to precisely control slab thickness after curing and before polishing. By removing surface unevenness and ensuring consistent thickness across the entire slab, the machine provides a stable foundation for high-quality polishing and finishing processes.

The calibrating machine mainly consists of multiple grinding heads, conveyor system, thickness adjustment mechanism, water cooling system, machine frame, and PLC control system.

Slabs enter the machine through the conveyor and pass under multiple grinding heads. Each head removes material incrementally according to preset thickness parameters. The machine continuously monitors slab position and thickness to ensure uniform material removal before slabs are transferred to the polishing line.
