The resin dispersion machine is used to uniformly disperse resin, pigments, and additives before mixing with quartz aggregates. Through high-efficiency dispersion, the system ensures stable resin viscosity and uniform pigment distribution, directly improving slab color consistency and mechanical performance.
The resin dispersion machine mainly consists of a stainless steel tank, high-speed dispersion blades, drive motor, temperature control interface, and control system.
Resin and additives are fed into the dispersion tank. The high-speed dispersion blades operate at controlled speeds to fully dissolve pigments and additives into the resin. Once the target dispersion state is achieved, the resin is transferred to the mixing system.
