The mixer is a key unit for homogeneous blending of quartz aggregates and auxiliary materials before forming. Designed for high-load continuous operation, the mixer ensures uniform material distribution, stable particle coating, and consistent batch quality, providing a reliable foundation for pressing and slab performance.
The mixer mainly consists of a mixing chamber, planetary mixing mechanism, drive motors, wear-resistant mixing blades, discharge system, and control unit.
Measured raw materials are fed into the mixing chamber. Through planetary rotation and controlled mixing speed, materials are evenly blended to achieve uniform particle distribution. After reaching the required mixing consistency, the material is discharged automatically to the next process.
