The vacuum unit consists of a high-vacuum reciprocating pump, Roots vacuum pump, vacuum pipelines, buffer tank, filters, and vacuum control valves.
During the pressing cycle, the vacuum unit activates automatically to extract air from the press chamber before and during vibration. The rapid vacuum response ensures complete air removal, allowing materials to compact tightly under vibration and pressure.
