The Sinone Quartz Stone Press Machine is the core forming equipment of the quartz stone production line. Based on advanced European technology and Sinone’s patented air spring pressurization structure, the press integrates vacuum, vibration, and hydraulic pressure to achieve high-density, uniform slab molding. The machine is designed for long-term continuous operation, ensuring stable slab quality, flatness, and mechanical strength.
The press machine mainly consists of press base plate, press frame, press head, guide columns, air spring pressurization system, vibration system, vacuum chamber, hydraulic system, and intelligent control system.
After material distribution, the slab mold enters the press chamber. Under vacuum conditions, vibration and hydraulic pressure are applied simultaneously. The vibration parameters and pressing time are automatically adjusted according to slab thickness and formulation. This process ensures even material compaction, high density, and elimination of air voids before the slab proceeds to curing.
